It all started over a few sips of moonshine from a friends still and the memory of our trips to New Orleans and the American South. Mostly we reminisced about the amazing food, drink, and spirit of those wonderful places and people. Before you know it, we had dreamed up the Copper Coil.
Inspired by the flavours of Louisiana and the culinary bounty of the Pacific Northwest, our menu utilizes regional and seasonal ingredients, brought together by our creative executive chef, Seb Vickers. Our unique, delicious dishes are hand crafted to satisfy, while in keeping with the spirit of the fresh ingredients.
